To create your personalized story, we collect the parent's name, the child's name, age, gender, an email address and phone number for contact, and a photo of your child (and in some cases a family photo) that you choose to upload.
Why we use this information
This information is used only to write and create your child's personalized story, to send you updates about it, and to respond if you have a question or an issue. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your child's photo is used
The photo you upload is used solely to inspire the illustrations and character in your own personalized story. It is never published, never shared with third parties, and is not reused for any story other than the one you requested. You may ask us to delete the photo at any time by contacting us.
Usage Analytics & Product Improvement
We use anonymized analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve the experience, including anonymized session recordings of browsing activity. Sensitive details such as your child's photo and your email address are always hidden (masked) in these recordings and cannot be viewed.
